1. Project information:
investment and development of Hoa Trung Industrial Group Area in Ca Mau Province
- Construction site : Luong The Tran Ward, Cai Nuoc District, Ca Mau Province

- Density construction : 100%, ca be extended in accordance with realistic demand
- planning project : development of seafood processing factory, seaport, seafood warehouse, sea-transportation
- type of collaboration : owner tranfer project 100% for investor

2. Total area and project location:
nearly 130 ha ( one hundred and thirty hectare)

3. The value in sales contract:
VND 450,436,115,998.02, equivalent to USD 26,811,673.57 ( the current rate exchange : usd 16,800) according to the viet nam bank s rate exchange

4. Condition in payment:
-After discussing finished, the investor will be tranfered 90% base on the total of the value of project for legal documents formalities within 3 months, after that the investor pay the balance of the value of the contract is 10%, investor will be possessed the project

5. Conditions in Contract:
- duration rental time is 49 years.
- the process of construction : clearance and compensation, space razement, construct infrastructure ...
- investment incentive in during the time of building project.
- The owner project will assist Investor in receive invesment and construction license.
- In order to legalize to tranfer the fully project to investor, the owner will set up a board of management of Industrial Group in Ca Mau Province it s separated operation, in there the owner and investor do joint-venture 49% /owner and 51% investor ( this is legal document only), after 3 months the onwer tranfer the project completely to investor. the investor will be possessed the project as project owner since then.

As your investors are interested in Hoa Trung seafood processing factory in Hoa Trung Industrial Group , The owner ask investor preparing their legal document such as:
